Principal Product Manager AI Infrastructure
You will own the end-to-end lifecycle for AI infrastructure, agent platforms, and application products. You will define product roadmaps and technical requirements, lead products from conception through launch, write product and technical documentation, analyze performance metrics, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive the product roadmap for key AI and agent platform or application components.
- Partner with science and engineering teams to define and prioritize technical requirements for AI features and capabilities.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from conception through launch.
- Write PRDs, technical specifications, and business requirements.
- Develop and track success metrics and analyze product performance.
- Collaborate with UX teams to ensure an optimal user experience across Alexa-enabled devices and surfaces.
- Build partnerships with stakeholders in Science, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Legal.
- Drive technical decisions that balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business requirements.
- Identify and assess opportunities to apply emerging AI technologies to enhance Alexa capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in technical product management.
- Strong technical background and a proven track record of delivering complex technical products at scale.
- Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for varied audiences.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with technical teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
