Principal Product Manager, Engineering Intelligence & Insights

You will lead product strategy for engineering intelligence and insights, shaping analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and conversational AI experiences. You will define the roadmap, align stakeholders, prioritize customer needs, and deliver decision-ready insight experiences for technical and executive users.

Responsibilities

  • Define the multi-horizon roadmap for the data analytics and insights platform.
  • Set success measures for roadmap delivery and customer adoption.
  • Partner with engineering leaders on data pipelines, storage, and APIs for analytics experiences.
  • Collaborate with the Knowledge Graph product team to use connected cross-lifecycle data.
  • Design tiered analytics experiences including conversational AI, out-of-the-box dashboards, and custom dashboards.
  • Prioritize dashboards and insight workflows for software leaders.
  • Translate engineering leader and executive user data needs into product decisions and roadmap priorities.
  • Enable sales, customer success, and data engineering teams to build, share, and use dashboards.
  • Drive a consistent analytics narrative across product, marketing, and analyst conversations.

Requirements

  • Experience defining product vision and driving execution across complex multi-team product programs.
  • Experience building analytics, dashboard, or business intelligence products for software engineering, DevOps, or technical leadership users.
  • Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and engineering performance measures including DORA metrics, value stream metrics, and cycle time.
  • Working understanding of data infrastructure, data pipelines, APIs, and business intelligence tooling.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into product requirements, prioritization decisions, and roadmap direction.
  • Ability to influence engineering, design, sales, customer success, and data teams in a distributed environment.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered analytics, conversational interfaces, knowledge graph concepts, or related data exploration approaches.
  • Experience with technically complex products and data and customer workflows.
