Summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to drive go-to-market execution and strengthen cross-product alignment. This role will partner closely with field sales teams to translate customer and market insights into strategic priorities, accelerate key opportunities, and shape a connected, customer-facing roadmap across Oracle's product portfolio.

As a Principal Product Manager, you will ensure product teams clearly understand customer demands and field teams are equipped with clear product direction and compelling value propositions while partnering across Product Management and Marketing functions to deliver a cohesive narrative for OCI’s capabilities, differentiation, and customer value.

The ideal candidate combines strong product and business judgment with past customer-facing experience. This role will need to work across organizational boundaries to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product and GTM execution in close partnership with field sales and operations teams, translating product strategy into clear priorities, customer engagements, and measurable business outcomes.

• Serve as a strategic connection point between the field and product organizations, synthesizing customer insights, sales feedback, market trends, and competitive dynamics to influence product strategy and investment priorities.

• Partner across Oracle product teams to shape a connected, customer-facing roadmap that brings together capabilities around high-value customer needs, use cases, and market opportunities.

• Shape commercial strategy for new products and offerings, applying sound business judgment to customer expectations and financial constructs that balance market demands, competitive positioning, and sustainable business models.

• Partner with Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing to develop a cohesive OCI narrative, ensuring consistent positioning, differentiation, and value propositions across products, campaigns, and field engagement.

• Identify cross-product gaps, dependencies, and barriers to customer adoption, driving alignment and action across organizations to improve the end-to-end customer experience.

• Influence senior leaders and stakeholders across globally distributed organizations, creating alignment and driving execution across complex initiatives without direct authority.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $92,900 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.


Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
