About the role

  • The Principal Product Manager, Platform will help shape Maestro’s evolution into a composable, extensible, and agentic platform. This senior individual contributor owns strategy and execution for critical platform capabilities and works closely with engineering, data, cloud service and GTM teams to turn complex customer and developer needs into scalable products.
  • The role requires a systems thinker and hands-on product leader who can set direction, make investment trade-offs, lead discovery, drive delivery, and establish measurable adoption and customer outcomes without direct authority.

Vacancy Status

  • This is an existing job vacancy

What you will do

  • Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes for major areas of the Maestro platform, from discovery through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Define the platform primitives, APIs, SDKs, services, administration experiences, and extension patterns that enable internal teams, customers, partners, and AI agents to build safely and quickly.
  • Drive an agentic platform approach, including agent development and runtime needs.
  • Partner closely with Data Fabric teams to shape trusted, reusable data products and services.
  • Translate strategy into executable plans: lead customer discovery, define requirements and success criteria, establish a clear plan to solve complex problems.
  • Create a coherent platform experience across application services, embedded algorithms, developer tooling, administration, and data capabilities.
  • Engage enterprise customers and partners as a trusted product leader; validate needs, guide early adoption, and turn repeated use cases into durable platform capabilities.
  • Communicate crisp product narratives and decisions to executives, technical teams, and Go-to- Market stakeholders, and lead alignment across multiple product areas.

What we are looking for

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex enterprise SaaS, platform, developer, data, or cloud products.
  • Proven record of setting product strategy and personally driving execution across discovery, delivery, launch, and adoption.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tooling or AI-enabled systems, such as generative AI, agents, orchestration, model or prompt tooling, evaluations, observability, or AI governance.
  • Experience with modern data platforms or data fabric concepts, including data products, semantic layers or ontologies, metadata, lineage, data quality, access controls, and governance.
  • Ability to simplify complex systems, define reusable platform capabilities, and balance near-term delivery with long-term architecture and product leverage. Technical fluency with APIs, SDKs and common platform services to understand tradeoffs with engineering team.
  • Excellent judgment, analytical rigor, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through ambiguity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Experience
  • Building enterprise agent platforms, AI developer tooling, copilots, or workflow automation.
  • Working with semantic models, knowledge graphs, ontologies, master data, or federated data access.
  • Building platform capabilities for regulated or security-conscious enterprise customers.
  • Working with optimization, planning, scheduling, forecasting, or other computation-intensive systems.
  • Operating across AWS, Azure, or GCP and supporting multi-cloud product requirements.
  • Working knowledge of platform economics and business case development.
