Principal Product Manager Technical
Summary
Principal Product Manager who owns product vision, strategy, and end-to-end lifecycle for UTA's core systems and technology platforms — from discovery through launch, iteration, and A/B optimization. Day to day involves agile execution (Jira/Confluence), UX/UI guidance, API/data-model work, executive stakeholder communication, and mentoring PMs.
You will set product vision and strategy for core systems and technology platforms, translating business and creative needs into scalable product experiences. You will manage products through discovery, launch, iteration, and optimization; align stakeholders; guide UX/UI requirements; and lead agile execution, releases, and product performance analysis. You will also mentor product managers and communicate product strategy, trade-offs, and progress to senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision and multi-year roadmap for core systems and technical capabilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to evolve foundational platforms and tools
- Provide data-driven product insights and strategic recommendations
- Build partnerships with agents, executives, operations, and engineering leaders
- Lead client demos and internal walkthroughs to gather feedback and refine product direction
- Guide UX/UI teams in creating product flows, specifications, and end-to-end experiences
- Define epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for complex initiatives
- Own product backlogs, roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs
- Orchestrate cross-team execution for major releases and manage dependencies and risks
- Monitor product performance, feedback, bug triage, enhancements, and A/B tests
- Communicate product strategy, priorities, trade-offs, and progress in executive forums
- Mentor product managers and establish product-management best practices
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience with ownership of complex products or platforms across the full development lifecycle
- Experience leading products in two or more areas of CRM, influencer marketing platforms, creator tools or software, AI models, or adjacent-industry software is preferred
- Deep experience with data models, APIs, and integration patterns
- Advanced proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and agile product-management and collaboration tools
- Strong command of agile methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Strong technical aptitude for complex systems and technologies
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Success driving high-impact initiatives through ambiguity and change
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills using data and insights
