Principal Product Manager
You will own product strategy, roadmaps, and execution for key initiatives. You will turn customer feedback, market trends, and data into prioritized requirements, lead products from discovery through launch, partner with Engineering and Design, and track product outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Co-own product revenue from concept through revenue attainment
- Define and own product strategy, roadmap, and execution
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver user-centric products
- Gather customer feedback, market trends, and data insights
- Translate complex problems into product requirements and prioritized backlogs
- Drive the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on adoption and positioning
- Establish and track product metrics
- Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of Product Management experience
- Experience in cybersecurity, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS
- Experience delivering high-value product outcomes at cybersecurity companies
- Experience owning and delivering products from concept to launch
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority
- Experience using data and customer insights for decision-making
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and prioritization skills
