Principal, Program Management (Retail Onboarding & Quality)

Role Overview

We are seeking an analytical and proactive Senior/Principal Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives and process optimizations within our platform ecosystem. In this role, you will lead projects centered around data quality, search discovery, and user experience. Sitting at the intersection of Business and Tech, you will translate data insights into actionable plans, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Tech, Data Analytics, and Product) to resolve bottlenecks and deliver a seamless customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Project & Roadmap Management: Create and execute detailed plans for platform initiatives, setting clear goals to improve the overall user experience
• Optimize Key Metrics: Monitor and drive core business metrics, with a specific focus on enhancing Catalog Operation
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams—including Tech teams, Data/Business Analysts, and internal stakeholders—to align on project goals.
• Identify & Resolve Bottlenecks: Track program performance, detect defects or data quality issues, and implement scalable, automated solutions.
• Data-Driven Reporting: Build performance scorecards and reports to track program health, and share key updates and documents with leadership.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Product Management, or related operations/business roles.
• Prior experience working in the E-commerce, Tech, or Online Platform industries.
• Strong data analysis skills with a business-oriented mindset—ability to dive into data and turn insights into plans.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) for collaboration with global partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding or experience in data management, catalog quality, or process optimization.
• Experience collaborating with data/analytics teams (BA/DS) or product engineering teams.
