About the Role

Are you passionate about leading complex projects, collaborating with global stakeholders, and delivering business value? We are looking for an experienced Principal Project Manager to lead medium-to-large customer projects, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure successful project delivery from planning through execution and closure.

You will work closely with customers, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic, multinational environment while managing project scope, risks, budgets, timelines, and customer expectations.

🎯 What You'll Do

✅ Lead end-to-end execution of customer projects and workstreams

✅ Build strong relationships with customers and senior stakeholders, including CxO-level executives

✅ Define project goals, scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans aligned to customer objectives

✅ Monitor project progress, budgets, costs, risks, and change requests to ensure successful delivery

✅ Drive project governance through status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting

✅ Manage integrated project schedules, dependencies, and resource planning

✅ Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while ensuring timely escalation when needed

✅ Oversee financial processes including cost control, invoice tracking, and change management

✅ Lead cross-functional and multicultural project teams to achieve business outcomes

✅ Facilitate project transitions, knowledge transfer, and customer acceptance activities

✅ Manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high delivery standards

🔍 What We're Looking For

✔️ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

✔️ 10+ years of IT industry experience, including at least 5 years managing complex projects and integrated schedules

✔️ Strong client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills

✔️ Proven experience managing project budgets, risks, governance, and delivery execution

✔️ Ability to work effectively with global and multicultural teams

✔️ Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) is preferred

✔️ International project delivery experience is a plus

✔️ Experience in the Aviation industry, particularly Airport Solutions, is advantageous
