Principal Project Manager

Salary: $5,531.60 to $5,936.50 per fortnight

As Principal Project Manager, you will provide expert leadership across the delivery of large-scale digital health projects, guiding initiatives from concept and investment planning through to implementation and completion. You will bring structure, strategic thinking and strong stakeholder leadership to complex projects, working across clinical, operational, executive and technical environments to deliver sustainable outcomes within scope, budget, time and quality requirements.

You are a confident and outcomes-focused project leader who can navigate complexity, bring stakeholders together and turn digital health priorities into successful project outcomes.

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex digital health or ICT projects from start to finish.
• Strong capability in business case development, project planning, governance, budgets and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead teams, coordinate resources and manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
• Exceptional communication, consultation and negotiation skills, with experience engaging clinical, executive and operational stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile Scrum or other project management frameworks, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality delivery.

Digital Health & Informatics delivers digital health and ICT services across Metro South Health, connecting patients, clinicians and technology to improve healthcare outcomes.

The team spans digital strategy and security, analytics, project delivery, innovation and research, clinical consultation, ICT operations and telehealth, supporting services across Metro South Health hospitals and community facilities including PAH, Logan, QEII, Redland and Beaudesert Hospitals.
