What makes you remarkable?

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor integrated project schedules to ensure successful delivery of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects
  • Review project documentation, including contracts, project execution plans, scope of work, schedules, and resource plans to establish effective planning and control strategies
  • Prepare and manage project schedules at various levels, ensuring alignment with project objectives, milestones, and client requirements
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Construction teams, and clients to ensure schedule accuracy and project alignment
  • Develop and maintain key project control deliverables, including:
    • Project Master Schedules (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3)
    • Schedule Basis Memorandum (SBM)
    • Manpower and Resource Forecast Plans
    • Critical Equipment Tracking Schedules
    • Progress Measurement Reports and S-Curves
    • Manpower and Manhour Histograms
    • Look-ahead Schedules
    • Monthly Project Progress Reports
  • Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks and potential delays, and propose mitigation and recovery plans
  • Analyze project performance trends and provide accurate forecasting to support management decision-making
  • Prepare project control reports, dashboard updates, and recommendations for Project Managers and senior stakeholders
  • Ensure all project schedules, progress data, and control documentation are maintained accurately and updated regularly
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to best practices in project planning, scheduling, and project controls
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Project Planning, Scheduling, or Project Controls within EPC projects
  • Strong proficiency in Primavera P6, including schedule development, progress monitoring, forecasting, and reporting
  • Experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization, would be an advantage
  • Solid understanding of EPC project phases, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning activities
  • Demonstrated ability to develop project logic networks, perform critical path analysis, and manage resource-loaded schedules
  • Good understanding of contract requirements, project controls methodologies, and schedule risk management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in both Thai and English environment
