You will design and implement Python-based agents that orchestrate models, tools, and data to automate real-world decision-making at scale. This role blends deep engineering with cutting-edge AI—working on everything from agent frameworks and APIs to safety, observability, and performance. If you are excited about shaping how autonomous systems operate in production, this is where you’ll make a tangible impact.**Key Responsibilities*** Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using **Python.*** Lead technical design discussions and contribute to system architecture decisions.* Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices - also with assistance of LLM.* Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver endâ€￾toâ€￾end solutions.* Mentor junior and midâ€￾level engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.* Drive improvements in code quality, tooling, CI/CD, and engineering processes.* Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot production issues when needed.**Required Qualifications*** 8-10 plus years of professional software engineering experience, with strong focus on **Python*** Deep understanding of Python frameworks such as **FastAPI, Flask** or similar* Experience building and consuming **MCPs, RESTful APIs** (and/or **GraphQL**)* Hands-on experience with **cloud platforms** - Azure experience preferred.* Solid understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms* Experience with **unit testing, integration testing**, and test automation* Proficiency with **Git** and collaborative development workflows* Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.**Preferred Qualifications*** Experience with designing and building **agentic platforms.*** Experience with **microservices architecture*** Familiarity with **Docker, Kubernetes**, or container orchestration* Exposure to **event-driven systems**, message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ)* Knowledge of **CI/CD pipelines** and DevOps best practices* Experience working in high-scale, production environments.* Prior experience mentoring or leading engineers.SALARY: The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000.00 - $200,,000.00 per year. This is a good-faith assessment of the salary range for this position only.
