The Quality Engineer Principal is responsible for serving as the senior technical quality leader at the CooperSurgical Costa Rica site for the Media Value Stream (MEVS). Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Principal Quality Engineer influences decisions through technical expertise and data-driven risk assessment, supports product disposition activities, and helps strengthen overall quality performance without direct ownership of the value stream.
