Principal SailPoint Engineer
You will develop and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, configure lifecycle workflows, integrate identity systems, manage access certifications and RBAC roles, onboard applications, support bulk requests, and translate IAM requirements into technical designs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions
- Configure lifecycle management workflows
- Integrate SailPoint with identity and business applications
- Develop QARs for SOX and PCI audits
- Use Git and GitHub for version control
- Perform user access certification activations and validations
- Implement and integrate IT RBAC roles
- Support application rollout and onboarding
- Provide bulk request support to users and application teams
- Translate business requirements into technical designs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- 5+ years of hands-on SailPoint Development experience
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ on Windows
- Experience with SailPoint integrations
- Experience configuring Life Cycle Manager workflows
- Understanding of the SailPoint object model, rules and policies
- Experience with lifecycle manager and compliance manager modules
- Experience developing QARs for SOX and PCI audits
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub
- Experience with MS SQL Server
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, PowerShell or BeanShell
- Strong IAM knowledge
- Understanding of relational databases
- Experience integrating systems using APIs and web services
- Excellent problem-solving skills
