In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Lead the architecture, design, and technical direction of software solutions with a focus on AI-enabled capabilities and industrial software innovation.
Make sound technical decisions and clearly communicate options, trade-offs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Develop, review, and optimize complex software components to ensure quality, maintainability, scalability, and reliability.
Partner with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate customer and business needs into actionable technical solutions.
Establish and continuously improve engineering practices related to software quality, testing, security, performance, and delivery.
Mentor and support fellow developers by sharing knowledge, providing technical guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, helping the organization identify opportunities to drive innovation and customer value.
Collaborate with globally distributed teams in an agile environment to deliver solutions that address complex industrial challenges.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
Minimum of 8 years demonstrated experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise software solutions.
Strong proficiency in .NET (C#) and working knowledge of Python.
Experience building and implementing solutions using large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar AI technologies.
Experience working with modern web application frameworks such as Angular, React, or comparable technologies.
Experience developing solutions on at least one major cloud platform, including Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Knowledge of CI/CD practices, automated testing, and modern software development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience developing software for industrial devices, distributed systems, or real-time industrial applications.
Experience with event streaming technologies and distributed systems.
Experience building advanced AI solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, or real-time processing of structured and unstructured data.
Experience working within manufacturing, process automation, industrial technology, or related industries.
Experience leading technical initiatives across geographically dispersed teams.
