Principal Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance as well as hands-on management for all product development within the company.
• Identify frameworks/technologies/languages/libraries to be used to achieve the desired goal.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software engineers.
• Define standards and best practices to support the agile development process.
• Ensure product quality is world-class at all times.
• Ensure the Implementation of a formal process to support the product development process.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of multiple programming languages.
• Knowledge of caching solutions, Redis, Memcache, and one of the popular RDBMS.
• In-depth understanding of popular architectures, such as SOA, RESTful, microservices, and Messaging Bus.
• Knowledge of popular front-end MVC technologies.
