Requirements:- Experience within a financial services or Fintech environment
- Strong Java development skills including multi-threading and concurrency
- Experience with Spring Boot and microservices environments
- Good knowledge of REST APIs
- Good understanding of AWS
- Thorough understanding of software development and Computer Science fundamentals such as Object Oriented Programming, Data Structures and Design Patterns
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborative approach, with enjoyment of problem solving and interacting with clients
- Lead client projects, often long-term technical transformations
- Design, develop, and deliver a range of projects for clients
- Focus on migrating legacy systems to AWS
- Introduce CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
- Provide engineering expertise and client-facing support
- Lead projects and contribute to continuous improvement of client systems
