Summary
Sugary is hiring a Principal Software Engineer in Bangalore to build high-throughput (~10,000 RPS) payment systems end to end. The role involves architecting event-driven microservices and distributed systems, leading a cross-functional team across the full SDLC, and hands-on work with Java/Spring, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, CI/CD, and AWS.
Minimum 9-10 years Experience over all
Looking for guys who've worked in high throughput ( 10000 RPS) transactional systems like UPI, card management, payment gateway aggregators etc from scratch to production owning the features
Managing a cross functional technical team for entire SDLC (Dev,Testing ,Infra)
Architecture :- Event-Driven MicroServices and Distributed Systems
