Principal Software Engineer

CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).

A Principal Software Engineer at BET is responsible for designing, developing, and optimising high-performance, real-time solutions using the tech stack adopted by BET Software. This role involves building and maintaining scalable event-driven architectures, ensuring the high availability, security, and reliability of systems. The ideal candidate will report to the Head of Software and focus initially technical excellence across development teams, champions best practices, and helps evolve the engineering landscape of the organisation.
