$200000 - $230000 **Principal Site Reliability Engineer - Hybrid (Chicago)** We are currently working with one of the largest financial companies within the Chicago area to place a Principal SRE who can help with the automation and deployment of bank fund transfer features. This is a 6-month contract to hire opportunity with hybrid work schedule of 3-days onsite and 2 remote. You will be working with terraform to write modules for the infrastructure team along with making sure the application runs and operates smoothly. The role involves working with cloud tools such as Docker and Kubernetes and incident response processes to keep systems running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and helping teams work more efficiently. The position offers the opportunity to lead projects and improve the tools and processes used to maintain critical systems.
