Principal Staff Data Scientist
You will architect advanced machine learning solutions, lead complex machine learning initiatives, improve engineering standards, mentor junior machine learning engineers, and guide teams in building scalable production-ready systems. You will create, deploy, monitor, and optimize models for fraud detection, recommendations, and other large-scale applications.

Requirements
- Advanced degree in statistics, machine learning, or a related area
- Statistics and machine learning expertise
- Experience leading large-scale data science initiatives
- Hands-on experience creating, training, and fine-tuning models
- Production model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and retraining experience
- Classical machine learning experience in fraud or anomaly detection, recommendation, or churn/LTV
- Supervised learning and transfer learning
- Neural networks
- Basic LLM knowledge
- MLOps foundations including feature stores, experiment tracking, model registries, and continuous training pipelines
- Model serving and inference optimization
- Graph-based fraud detection experience
