Principal Strategist (AI & Privacy)
You will define and scale Chainlink's products across Privacy, AI, and emerging Web3 technologies. You will work with early adopters to validate product concepts, translate customer requirements into product direction, drive product adoption, build enterprise relationships, support initial customers, develop AI use cases, and coordinate product launches across functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead market adoption strategy for emerging products across Privacy, AI, and strategic growth areas
- Build relationships with technical users, partners, and enterprise customers
- Translate customer feedback into product requirements for Engineering and Product teams
- Partner with Product Leadership and Research to validate product-market fit
- Onboard and support the first 50+ customers for Chainlink Privacy products
- Develop and validate AI Oracle and Agentic Skills use cases
- Represent the technical voice of the customer
- Drive collaboration across Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Solutions Architecture
- Create market theses around emerging technologies
- Establish product lines that generate customer adoption, ecosystem growth, and long-term revenue
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing strategic technical accounts, customer success, solutions architecture, product strategy, or technical business development
- Technical foundation and experience working with Product and Engineering teams
- Ability to gather, synthesise, and communicate customer requirements into product roadmaps
- Experience engaging early adopters to validate product-market fit and drive technology adoption
- Commercial acumen in pre-sales, technical solutioning, or complex customer engagements
- Ability to develop market insights and strategic recommendations in ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences
- Ability to read and understand code
- Understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems, and DeFi
- Experience with privacy technologies, decentralized applications, smart contracts, or early-stage product launches
