The role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and thinking big about how we can make the purchase experience across online retail seamless and delightful. The ideal candidate is excited by technology, passionate about learning and should view every customer interaction as an opportunity to create an exceptional experience. You will need to be entrepreneurial, and work in a highly collaborative environment.
