Principal TPM at BairesDev
As a Principal Technical Program Manager, you will lead complex, multi-functional technology projects and programs that drive significant impact. You will act as a senior technical leader, orchestrating high-level strategy and technical delivery across diverse engineering teams.
What You'll Do:
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex technical programs while ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams through intricate technical challenges, defining architectural direction and system standards.
- Establish and govern technical strategy and roadmap decisions across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Manage interdependencies and clear obstacles across engineering organizations to ensure seamless project execution.
- Influence organizational strategy by serving as a senior technical voice and subject matter expert.
- Orchestrate operational readiness and ensure high-performance delivery of enterprise-wide initiatives.
What we are looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Management.
- Proven expertise in coordinating complex technical programs across multiple engineering teams.
- Strong technical literacy with a background in engineering or systems design.
- Hands-on experience developing and executing high-level technical strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale programs and cross-functional dependencies.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
