About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced BSP Architect / Platform Lead with 8 to 14 years of experience to lead development and integration of automotive platform BSP and system software.
What You Will Do
- Define BSP architecture and boot flow
- Drive board bring-up and silicon validation
- Lead virtualization & multi-OS integration
- Oversee subsystem bring-up (camera, display, etc.)
- Ensure system performance and KPIs
- Lead safety compliance activities
- Drive debugging and issue resolution
- Mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders
What You Need to Be Successful
- Strong BSP, bootloader, kernel expertise
- Deep knowledge of memory, SMMU, DMA
- Experience with virtualization and multi-OS
- Strong debugging experience
- Automotive subsystem exposure
- Boot chain (PBL/XBL, fastboot, EDL)
- Memory (DMA, SMMU/IOMMU)
- Diagnostics tools (QXDM, ramdump)
- Firmware loading
- Virtualization (virtio, VM resource allocation)
- Multi-OS (QNX/Linux/Android coordination)
- Full subsystem ownership (camera, audio, connectivity)
- Safety / RTOS exposure
- CI strategy
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience with Google AAOS certification process.
- Exposure to infotainment systems and IVI architecture.
- Hands-on with debugging tools and performance profilers.
- Knowledge of CAN/SOME-IP integration with Android
