My client is looking for a Principal Consultant to join the Canberra office. This role is suited to an experienced lead engineer with excellent problem solving, communication and stakeholder management skill, mentoring people, and speedy delivery outcomes in high-impact environments.
You will have strategic leadership, client delivery and practice development to help grow the Cloud Security & Solutions capability and deliver timely results for our clients.
You will have:
Experience leading complex cloud security engagements
Know how to work with senior stakeholders across government and enterprise
shaping strategy and improving how services are delivered
Mentoring Junior consultants

What the role offers:
Lead cloud security consulting engagements developing standards and relevant frameworks
Manage large, complex projects, including planning, governance, stakeholder management, risk and quality assurance
Build client relationships delivering quality, value-add outcomes
Development and implementation of practice strategy
Maintain governance, reporting and performance mechanisms
identify and lead process improvement initiatives across the practice
mentor consultants, lead training and support capability development
refine services, methodologies and approaches in line with industry trends and emerging threats
