Role Summary
As a Front-End Engineer, you'll collaborate with UI/UX designers to build seamless, high-performance user experiences using Angular and Ionic’s Capacitor. You'll develop new features, enhance existing applications, and work with back-end engineers to deliver visually polished and highly functional solutions.
Key Responsibilities Lead front-end architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance Develop complex web and mobile-friendly applications using Angular and Ionic’s Capacitor Mentor and coach engineers, fostering technical excellence and best practices Define and evolve front-end standards, tools, and shared libraries Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical decisions Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate relevant advancements Advocate for best practices in state management, accessibility, and performance Influence and contribute to the overall front-end strategy 7+ years of experience in Angular and front-end development Expertise in Angular, Type Script, and scalable architecture patterns Strong experience with state management solutions (NGRX, Redux) Proven ability to lead front-end initiatives and mentor engineering teams Experience with design systems, component libraries, and cross-platform development Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
Bonus Skills Previous experience in a Principal Engineer or technical leadership role Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration
