Duties & Responsibilities

1) Manage External Supplier Material Quality Performance
2) Drive Supplier for Failure Analysis
3) New Supplier Development
4) Supplier Change Management
5) Supplier Authorized Material Qualification

Qualification & Requirements

• Rich Experience in COC or similar product used in transceiver module. ( COC SLE)
• Good understanding and knowledge of COC process, testing and spec requirement. (COC SLE)
• Rich Experience in Optical transceiver module product. (Transceiver Module SLE)
• Good understanding and knowledge of Optical transceiver manufacturing process, testing and spec and application requirement. (Transceiver Module SLE)

• Knowledge and experience in passive or active components will be a plus.
• Ability to work highly independently with minimal guidance from supervisor on specific tasks.
• Excels in a cross-organizational, cross cultural, global team environment.
• Quick response and stable performance under pressure.
• Ability 30%-time travel to suppliers, COHERENT facilities, and other worldwide locations when necessary
• Able to support a flexible work schedule due to collaboration with multiple worldwide facilities
