Teach online management and organizational behavior courses to international undergraduate students, facilitating discussions and providing academic support via video sessions and forums.

This is a remote position.

BBMG1002- Principles of Management and Organisations

As an experienced online educator (LINC Fellow), the candidate will work as an independent contractor of LINC and serve a diverse international student body for Undergraduate-level programs studying at premier Australian and Asian universities. Candidate must possess strong knowledge of management principles, organisational behaviour, leadership, and workplace communication. They should be able to support students in understanding management theories, team dynamics, and organisational practices, while fostering ethical decision-making and effective managerial skills in diverse workplace settings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Masters or Doctoral Qualifications in Business Administration, Management and/or related field;

  • At least 2+ Years of corporate experience and 2+ years of teaching experience in the relevant fields are a MUST;

  • Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures;

  • Proficient in English language; excellent oral and written communication

  • Must possess a working laptop and have access to high-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet connection;

  • Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms for interacting with students, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac (training on these platforms will be provided).


The candidate must be available Monday/Tuesday for online sessions between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM (IST), and they are required to be available to answer student queries via email within 6 hours after lectures throughout the week.



Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Subject matter guidance to a group of 30-35 undergraduate online students;

  2. Support in learning skills like academic writing, research and time management;

  3. Guidance on relevant reference material;

  4. Conducting a 2-hour session on Monday/Tueseday

  5. Assessment marking with long-form feedback

  6. Management of discussion forums; and

  7. Proactive, prompt and personalised support to student queries and issues.


LINC Fellows will be expected to promptly interact with students over email, or calls / online sessions from locations of their convenience (e.g. home, office, etc.).
