Print Manager

The Print Manager is responsible for overseeing all print production in the store, from file setup through final output. This role owns print quality, workflow, deadlines, and customer expectations.

You’ll manage day-to-day print operations, ensure jobs are produced accurately and on time, and serve as the in-house expert for print services. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, problem-solving, and the ability to balance speed with quality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing print production workflows and priorities
• Reviewing customer files for print readiness (size, bleed, resolution, color)
• Operating and maintaining print equipment (digital and wide-format)
• Ensuring consistent print quality and accuracy
• Communicating clearly with customers about timelines, changes, and approvals
• Troubleshooting print issues and reworking jobs when needed
• Supporting associates with print questions and best practices
• Keeping the print area organized, stocked, and running efficiently

This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, cares about quality, and is comfortable making decisions when things don’t go perfectly. You’ll be trusted to run print production with minimal oversight while working closely with the Center Manager and ownership.
