Job Summary:
The Print and Marketing Associate will assist the Designers in operating all print shop equipment to fulfill agent and office orders in a timely and orderly fashion with an eye on safety and cleanliness.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Operate and calibrate high-volume commercial digital color printers, wide-format vinyl/board plotters, and production printers.
- Perform post-press finishing tasks: high-precision paper cutting/trimming, scoring, folding, laminating, mounting, saddle-stitching, and coil binding.
- Execute routine preventative equipment maintenance.
- Manage incoming print requests, maintaining clear communication regarding status and fulfillment timelines.
- Maintain organized inventory of paper stocks, specialty vinyl, sign boards, ink cartridges, toner, and binding supplies.
