Print Solutions Specialist
Summary
Demonstrates and trains customers on wide-format inkjet printing hardware, software, and media applications, including live demos, technical training, and troubleshooting.
This role is based out of Irving, TX.
This role is responsible for the technical execution, demonstration, and application development of our wide-format inkjet printing technology. The position ensures that our demo facilities are world-class and that customers receive expert-level guidance on hardware, software, and media applications.
Focus: Product Demonstration & Technical Training
Role Summary: In this role, the specialist takes on a more customer-facing responsibility, demonstrating equipment capabilities, delivering end-user training, and supporting both technical service and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties of Level I with a higher degree of autonomy.
- Conduct live product demonstrations in the demo room, at trade shows, and via webinars.
- Provide data for the tracking of local customer demos and sample requests.
- Provide basic technical training to customers on hardware operation and routine maintenance.
- Develop intermediate-level applications (e.g., multi-layered prints, specialty substrates, basic dye-sublimation).
- Troubleshooting basic output issues and optimizing print settings for specific jobs.
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for common print tasks.

Requirements:
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Experience with wide-format RIP software (RasterLink, Onyx, Caldera, Flexi, etc.).
- Expected Travel up to 20%
