Provide printing and administrative support in a Singapore secondary school, handling document processing, supply management, and basic office tasks.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, organised, and dependable Printing cum Administration Assistant to support the daily printing operations and provide administrative support in an MOE Secondary School near Choa Chu Kang MRT. In this role, you will work closely with the HOD/LH-Science, Vice Principal, Administration Managers/Executives, and School Leaders to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the school.

Key Responsibilities

  • Photocopy, laminate, bind, shred documents;

  • Monitor and ensure adequate supplies in Printing Room, such as:

- Toner, staples, paper, laminating films, binding rings.

- Request forms and stationery for staff use;

  • Maintain the Printing Room in a neat and clean condition;

  • Attend to photocopier breakdowns in staff rooms

- To check the cause of breakdowns before calling the serviceman;

  • To liaise with vendors on the maintenance schedule and repairing of photocopier machines; and

  • Any other administration duties as assigned by school e.g. sort/distribute and file documents, cover walk-ins/ calls, including reception duties where applicable.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate preferably have experience in printing and administration duties;

  • Candidate preferably have at least a Pass in WISE English Language Module 4, or equivalent;

  • Completed at least secondary school education;

  • Candidates should preferably display traits such as service excellence, have a service-oriented attitude, are meticulous with details and efficient in meeting work deadlines.

  • Candidate should possess the following skill(s):

1) Technical & Operational Skills

2) Administrative Skills

3) Basic Computer Skills (eg: Microsoft Office)

4) Communication & Customer Service

5) Organisational Skills

Employment Details

Contract Period: From 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

Location: Choa Chu Kang

Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7 am to 4.30 pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break.

  • Fridays: 7 am to 4 pm, inclusive of 1 hour lunch break.

  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

(The work hours may be changed to fit the schedule of the School)
