About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Private Banker to grow, maintain, and retain a portfolio of private banking customers while delivering tailored financial solutions and maximizing value for both clients and the bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and retain private banking customers in line with the bank’s segment strategy.
- Build strong relationships with credit, product, wealth, and other support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage customer requests, complaints, and applications from start to completion.
- Conduct needs analysis for new and existing customers to identify suitable financial products and services.
- Proactively manage the customer portfolio to maximize revenue while minimizing costs and risks.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of clients after onboarding.
- Maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- University Degree.
- 5–7 years’ experience in sales, private banking, high-net-worth relationship management, credit applications, or financial services.
- Proven sales track record in the financial services industry.
- Strong financial acumen and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong customer service and query-resolution skills.
