Private Capital Liabilities Specialist with French
We are looking for a Finance Operations Specialist with French to join our team supporting investment funds (Private Equity & Real Estate).
This is a great opportunity for someone with initial experience in finance or operations who wants to develop in an international environment
Responsibilities
- Supporting daily operations related to investment funds
- Processing basic financial transactions (payments, subscriptions, redemptions)
- Monitoring cash movements and performing simple reconciliations
- Preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing emails and maintaining communication with clients and other teams
- Investigating and resolving basic discrepancies
- Following internal procedures and ensuring data accuracy
- Supporting improvements in processes and daily work
Requirements
- min. 1 year of experience in a financial / operations environment
- understanding of financial processes or banking operations
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and client-focused mindset
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and sense of responsibility
- Fluency in English (min. B2)
- Fluency in French (min. B2)
