Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality meals for private events.
• Plan menus and accommodate dietary preferences and requirements.
• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness are maintained at all times.
• Manage ingredient sourcing and inventory.
• Support exclusive dining experiences and private corporate events with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

• Able to commit to a 6-day work week (Monday to Saturday).
• Prior experience working as a Private Chef or in a fine dining environment.
• Proven experience handling private dining events, VIP functions, or exclusive gatherings.
• Strong culinary skills with excellent food presentation standards.
• Professional, service-oriented, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
