As Private Credit Due Diligence and analytics professional within our dynamic team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support senior research analysts by conducting due diligence on private credit investment opportunities across primaries, co-investments, and secondaries.
  • Evaluate creditworthiness, risk factors, and return potential to support investment decisions.
  • Develop and maintain quantitative tools to monitor and manage existing fund investments, track performance, and identify potential risks.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain analytical and visualization tools for performance review and tracking.
  • Prepare and respond to RFPs to raise capital from institutional clients and partner with internal teams to develop proposals aligned to client needs and investment strategies.
  • Monitor global market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments and provide insights and recommendations across private credit strategies.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to share insights, partner on projects, and contribute to overall success.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in credit analysis, investment banking, or asset management within private credit or fund of funds.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data and market information.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders across regions.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with data engineering and analytics libraries.
  • Strong SQL skills and database operations.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Master’s degree or relevant coursework in Financial Engineering or Quantitative Risk.
  • Professional certification (e.g., CFA) or progress towards CFA.
  • Familiarity with visualization and dashboarding tools such as Streamlit, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
