Private Driver

Job Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reliable transportation for the employer and family members.

• Arrange daily pick-ups and drop-offs, including children’s transportation.

• Assist with airport transfers, family outings, and other ad hoc transportation needs.

• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the vehicle.

• Plan routes efficiently and ensure punctuality and safe driving at all times.

• Respect the family’s privacy and maintain confidentiality.

Working Hours

• Weekdays: Approximately 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Weekends: Approximately 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• One rest day per week

Important Note on Working Hours

This is a private family driver position with flexible working hours, rather than a fixed 9-to-5 schedule. Working hours may vary depending on the family’s daily arrangements, including children’s pick-ups and drop-offs, family activities, and airport transfers. Occasional early starts, later finishes, or last-minute schedule changes may be required.

Candidates should be comfortable with flexible working arrangements and understand that daily working hours may vary according to the family’s needs.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore driving licence with a good driving record.

• Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic conditions.

• Responsible, punctual, trustworthy, and service-oriented.

• Good time management and communication skills.

• Able to maintain confidentiality and respect the family’s privacy.

• Willing to accommodate flexible working hours and occasional schedule changes.

• Previous experience as a private or family driver will be an advantage.
