We're currently hiring RNs and LPNs in Waxhaw, NC, to provide private-duty skilled nursing care in the home. Our greatest need is for night-shift nurses and PRN (as-needed) coverage. If you're looking for a flexible schedule or prefer working nights, we'd love to connect with you!

What You'll Do

As a Private Duty RN or LPN, you'll provide individualized, skilled nursing care in a comfortable home setting. Responsibilities include:

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.

• Monitor patient conditions and accurately document care provided.

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), range of motion exercises (PROM), and safe lifting and transferring.

• Provide care for patients using Trilogy ventilators, tracheostomies, and other skilled nursing equipment.

• Communicate promptly with our scheduling team regarding patient needs and schedule updates.

• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families while helping them achieve the highest possible quality of life.
