Our client
is a private health management company devoted to providing an exceptional
clinical team in the comfort, and privacy of a patient’s own home. We are
seeking dynamic, experienced, and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our
team of clinical care professionals.
Duties
and Responsibilities:
- Completes
initial assessment of patient, and regularly re-evaluates patient nursing
needs.
- Administers
medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Communicates
with Physician, Case Management team, and family members regarding any change
in condition.
- Provides
health care instructions to the patient and family per assessment and plan of
care.
- Routinely
updates electronic medical records according to policy.
Job
Requirements:
- Current
License for the state of California as a Registered Nurse.
- Associates
Degree acceptable.
- Experience
preferred but may consider newly graduated RN. Maintain a current CPR
- Certification.
- Must
live locally nearby LA County
Desired

- Self-directed
and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Prompt
and effective communicator who demonstrates excellent observation, problem
solving, and both written and oral communication skills.
- Shows
ability to organize and prioritize workload independently.
- Collaborates
well with a team.

- Part-time, PRN, Per diem Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour (average
hourly rate per 12-hour shift) commensurate with experience.

12-hour shift Day shift Night shift
- Standard
shift: Day shift/Night shift
- Weekly
schedule: Monday to Friday with Weekend availability
