Private Equity Internship (6 month duration) in Warsaw, PL – Start: September or October
Summary
6-month private equity internship in Warsaw, Poland starting September or October 2026. Work as a full team member on investment analysis, live transactions, presentations, and portfolio management for a Poland-focused PE firm. Requires pursuing/completed master's degree, financial modeling and valuation skills, and fluency in Polish and English.
As an intern, you will be involved as a full member of the team from day one and will have the opportunity to experience the entire investment process at first hand. Your duties will include:
Analysis of investment opportunities in Poland, as well as industries and markets
Active support of the investment team in the execution of live transactions
Preparation of presentations for the investment committee and external purposes
Participation and interaction in meetings with advisers and management teams
Contributing to the day-to-day management of the Poland portfolio
Please note that you are not required to submit a cover letter. Instead, please submit a short investment pitch (max. 300 words) aligned with our investment strategy, setting out your thesis, key supporting arguments and principal risks.

Prior internship experience in private equity, investment banking or a related transaction-oriented field
-Bachelor's degree and currently pursuing, or having completed, a master's degree with a strong academic record from a top-ranked university
A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
Demonstrated financial modelling and valuation experience
Strong analytical, quantitative, interpersonal, and problem-solving skill
Proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proficiency with MS Office packages (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluency in Polish and English
