Job Summary :


Private Home Care Specialist – Lowes Guardian Angel The PHC Manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing staffing, scheduling, compliance, and quality of care across Lowes Guardian Angel’s Personal Home Care programs. This hybrid position requires a mix of office, remote, and on-site work, with periodic travel to LGA sites in Macon and Augusta (at least monthly). The PHC Manager ensures that both staff and clients receive the highest level of support while upholding regulatory standards and organizational values.


Responsibilities ∙Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, and matching caregivers to client needs. ∙Conduct client assessments and scope care needs, ensuring proper scheduling. ∙Provide staff supervision, training, and ongoing support. ∙Monitor client satisfaction, respond to concerns, and ensure high-quality care. ∙Oversee scheduling and ensure consistent staffing coverage. ∙Manage compliance with state regulations, agency policies, and quality assurance standards. ∙Collaborate with leadership to support program growth and expansion.


Qualifications ∙Proven experience in home care, healthcare management, or related field. ∙Strong leadership and supervisory skills. ∙Knowledge of state compliance regulations and quality standards for personal care services. ∙Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. ∙Ability to travel regularly to multiple LGA sites.


Compensation ∙Salary: $60,000 annually ∙Hybrid role: office-based, remote, and on-site responsibilities


Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in administrative roles, medical assisting, or office management is a plus. ∙


Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. ∙Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate issues and take proactive steps to resolve them. ∙Collaboration: Comfortable working in a team environment and assisting multiple departments. ∙Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 15% to support administrative needs at other locations.
