Private Pay Collections Manager
Northwest Respiratory Services is a leading provider of oxygen & respiratory products throughout the Midwest & Northern Rockies. Working from our Eagan, MN office, we are currently in search of a seasoned Private Pay Collections Manager
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Work assigned reports, dashboards, and aging queues daily

Manage AR of private pay accounts across all aging buckets (current, 30/60/90+ days)

Within 24 hours (or otherwise timely manner):

Make collection calls to patients and/or their families

Respond to collection calls from patients and/or their families

Identify correct responsible party, insurance and make corrections to invoices

Work aged receivables

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies

Meet individual and departmental goals

Utilize Brightree software
