About the role

OHS-EHS Technician (M/F/X) ✅You will be part of a pharmaceutical sector company where we are incorporating an OHS-EHS Technician to provide support to the Safety, Health, and Environment activities of our plant, collaborating in the implementation and maintenance of corporate standards and applicable legal requirements. The selected person will work transversally with the various operational areas, contributing to the development of a solid preventive culture and to the fulfillment of the organization's EHS objectives. 🎯 Responsibilities: Support in EHS documentary and regulatory management, ensuring compliance with current regulations. Preparation and review of procedures, risk assessments, and documentation related to projects and operations. Management and monitoring of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), including the closure of actions derived from audits, inspections, and REACT forms. Support in risk assessments and changes through impact analysis (CR / MOC). Collaboration in EHS impact analysis for new projects and plant modifications. Operational assistance in the plant, resolving EHS queries and coordinating with operational areas for the implementation of preventive measures. Data management and use of internal digital tools, including tracking, reporting, and databases. Participation in EHS training and awareness actions, preparing materials and supporting communication campaigns. 👉 What will make you successful in this position: Intermediate or Higher level OHS Technician degree. Training in Environment, Engineering, Biology, or Biotechnology. Advanced English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of IT, application development, and digital tools at a user level. Proactivity, ability to work in a team, and effective communication skills. Ability to manage documentation and perform risk analyses with technical rigor. Knowledge of OHS and EHS regulations and standards. Certification in risk management or EHS audits will be positively valued.
