PRN Certified Medication Aide (72658)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Aide to join our healthcare team. • Safely administer prescribed medications to residents or patients following all protocols and HIPAA regulations
• Monitor vital signs and observe for any adverse reactions or changes in condition during medication administration
• Maintain accurate medical documentation using EMR (Electronic Medical Records), Point Click Care experience preferred.
• Assist with activities of daily living and other personal care tasks
• Support residents with dementia, Alzheimer's, hospice, and memory care needs through compassionate caregiving and engagement
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards related to medication storage, handling, and disposal
• Document all medication activities thoroughly in medical records while respecting patient confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
