Servicing Area: Belmont and Jefferson Counties

• NO weekends
• NO on-call
• NO skilled nursing caseload

As an Addus Licensed Practical Nurse, you will:

• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
• Complete initial Starts of Care.
• Present educational in-service trainings
• Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current LPN licensure.
• 1 year of nursing experience.
• Medicaid and or Home care experience preferred
• Must be willing to travel to Belmont and Jefferson Counties.
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
