Inpatient Therapist (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) — Day
Location: St Louis, MO | Schedule: PRN Hours | M-F 8:00 -4:30 | Weekend Rotation | Pay range: $28 - 36hr

How You Will Make a Difference
- Complete therapy assessments and treatment plans within regulatory timeframes.
- Facilitate daily groups (CBT/DBT/psychoeducation), family sessions, and discharge planning.
- Coordinate aftercare with community providers; remove barriers to continuity.
- Document progress notes that reflect measurable goals and outcomes.
- Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
- Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Master's degree with state licensure (LCSW / LPC / LMSW / PLPC / LMFT)
- 1+ year inpatient or acute behavioral health experience preferred.
- Strong group therapy and crisis intervention skills.
