The Village at Brookwood is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team on a PRN (as-needed) basis.

We offer 12-hour day and night shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM), making this a great opportunity for nurses looking to supplement their income while working in a welcoming, resident-focused community.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and community policies

• Assess and monitor residents, identifying and reporting changes in condition

• Accurately document nursing assessments, medications, treatments, and resident care in the electronic medical record

• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Assist with developing and implementing individualized resident care plans

• Respond promptly to resident needs and medical concerns

• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members as appropriate

• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and independence

• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care

What We're Looking For

• Current, unrestricted North Carolina RN or LPN license, or a valid multistate license recognized in North Carolina

• Strong clinical assessment and nursing skills within the scope of your license

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Ability to work independently and respond appropriately to resident needs

• Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or senior living preferred
