PRN PACE Clinic RN

Position: PRN PACE Clinic NurseSchedule: PRN. 8 hour shifts are during business hours of Monday-Friday from 8am-5pmLocation: Lafayette, CO in a clinic environmentPay: $42.34 to $50.81 per hourSUMMARY
The PACE Clinic RN provides skilled nursing care to PACE program participants. They work with other clinic staff in the provision of medical and nursing care, ensuring the highest quality of care in accordance with PACE policy and applicable regulations. While case management and care coordination are a big part of the role, you will also be hands-on with patients regularly.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Must possess a current RN license in the state of Colorado
2+ years working as an RN, highly preferred
Experience working with the frail or elderly population, preferred
Must successfully perform position-specific competencies prior to assuming participant care as an RN
Must successfully pass agency required background checks and drug screening
