Job Purpose:

**NEW PRN POOL** **NEW PRN RATES $20/HR PLUS TRAVEL INCREASE IF DRIVING MORE THAN AN HOUR**

- The PRN PCA (Per Diem Personal Care Assistant) at HOMECARE COMPANY OF TENNESSEE LLC is responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes. This position plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment.
- Help clients with mobility and physical activities, including transferring and positioning.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences, ensuring proper nutrition.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized living space.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the healthcare team.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals to meet clients' individual needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and any incidents or changes observed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
