- Pay per routine visit: $75
- Pay per SOC Assessment: $95
- Control your Schedule (Flexible Hours)
- Mileage Reimbursement
- Home Health Visits throughout the Western Suburbs coverage area
- Willing to travel to different areas of the surrounding suburbs
- Headquarters Located in Melrose Park
- Experience working in home health preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Registered nurse conducts in-home patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Registered nurse monitors patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Registered nurse educates patients and their families on proper care techniques and disease management
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document all patient interactions, observations, and care provided accurately
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice, Driver's License, & proof of insurance.
- Minimum of one year of experience in direct patient care, preferably in home health or hospital setting.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and basic life support (BLS) certification
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiar with OASIS documentation.
- Knowledge of wound care management and infection control practices
Experience:
- Nursing: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- BLS Certification (Required)
- RN (Required)
